All GEAR UP students have opportunities to develop their leadership capacities and make a difference in their communities. This spring, 30 young men from our three districts came together for a seven Saturday program focused on leadership, led by Mr. Alejandro Baldwin and Mr. Cornelius Godfrey. Last summer, a group of 11 young women traveled to Chicago as a leadership/environmental trip.
